Whilst it is the companies policy to despatch goods immediately payment is received, most orders should be received within 3 - 5 working days from date of order, if for some reason your parcel does not arrive within 10 woking days please contact the office. At busy times extended delivery periods can be expected such as Christmas etc.

EUROPEAN UNION AND REST OF THE WORLD

Whilst we aim to despatch your parcel promptly using airmail within 3 working days of receiving your order, because of variations to the local postage services, we cannot give a guaranteed delivery time,  if for any reason you do not receive your parcel within 21 working days please contact the office.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Any items that are ordered and are out of stock will be posted seperately from the main order, we will email you immediaely of the stock shortage situation, and we will give you a new anticepeted delivery date, no extra charges will be made to the customer for this.
